Catering for an Alabama Rehearsal Dinner

We were honored to cater the rehearsal dinner for Ashley Peak and Brent Salter. They chose a menu of fresh green salad, stuffed pork tenderlion, baked potatoes, green beans, rolls and caramel cheesecake for dessert. Yummy!

The tables were decorated using a centerpiece of cedar wedges. Tall vases were filled with green split peas, flowers and wooden accent pieces. So fitting for a groom's rehearsal dinner.
